ESTONIA – SmartPOST Parcel Terminals

- Domestic packages are delivered using Itella SmartPOST parcel terminals.
- We will ship your order within 1-2 working days after receiving your payment.
- Domestic packages will usually arrive at the destination terminal within 3-4 working days after making the order payment.
NB! Packages will be held in the destination terminal for 7 days, starting from the day the code is sent to your mobile phone via SMS.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES

NB! If your order total is 20€ or more, you might see two shipping methods during checkout – paid and free. Please select free shipping option in order to enjoy the promotion. We use the same shipping service with both options.
International packages are shipped with Omniva (Eesti Post AS), using trackable maxi letters. After we have shipped your package, we will send you an email with a barcode to track your order. You can track and trace your package on Omniva’s website.
NB! International packages might be subject to additional costs, depending on your location (e.g. customs duty or import tax). You are responsible for being aware of your local regulations and covering any additional costs that might apply to your order. Customs procedures might prolong the delivery time, which we can not affect.
EUROPE – Omniva’s Trackable Maxi Letter
- Packages to European countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Norway, Poland, Portugal, France, Sweden, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland , Great Britain, Switzerland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Hungary, Belarus, Russia) are shipped using Omniva’s international trackable maxi letter service.
- We will ship your order within 1-2 working days after receiving your payment.
- European packages will usually arrive in the destination country within 4-10 working days after making the order payment.
THE REST OF THE WORLD (excl. Europe) – Omniva Trackale Maxi Letter
- Packages going outside of Europe are shipped using Omniva’s international trackable maxi letter service.
- We will ship your order within 1-2 working days after receiving your payment.
- Packages going outside of Europe will usually arrive in the destination country within 7-16 working days after making the order payment.
